Most of the features of Scripta are free. Some features require a subscription. Subscriptions are provided through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. If you decide to upgrade to one of our subscription, you will be billed on a periodic basis (either monthly or yearly). At the end of your billing cycle, your subscription will renew itself automatically unless cancelled. You may change the price of the subcription at our discretion. If you're currently a subscriber, any price changes will be notified. We accept no responsibility for any losses that could be incured by failing to change or cancel a subscription. If you have any refund requests, you should contact the Apple App Store which handle such requests. You may cancel your subscription using the AppStore settings on your iOS device. We may offer a free trial period to access the features reserved to Subcribers, free of charge.
Scripta may contain links to third party websites and or aplications. We have no control nor responsability over the content in these sites. You agree that Scripta shall not be responsible liable in any way for your use of these sites.
We may decide to terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, if you breach the terms of Service. Once your account has ben terminated, you will no longer have the right to use the Scripta app and any related service. You can delete your account at any time in the app, if you wish to stop using the service.
We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you create on the Service.
These terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of England, without regard to its conflict of law provisions of any jurisdiction.
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranty.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without our written permission
You expressly understand and agree that the we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if the we have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from: (i) the use or the inability to use the service; (ii) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the service; (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iv) statements or conduct of any third party on the service; (v) or any other matter relating to the service.
Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The Terms of Service constitutes the entire agreement between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superceding any prior agreements between you and Scripta (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).
We reserve the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any part of the Service with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
