When you sign up for Scripta, we ask for a display name. That's just so you can personalize your account. We’ll never sell or rent any information to third parties.
As well as you display name. We collect metadata about your notes such as daily word count, streak and region. We use the region to display in the leaderboard. We don't collect, process or store any of your notes in our servers. We collect some analytics while you use the app, which we use to better understand our customers use the app in order to improve it.
As part of the services we provide, and only to the extent necessary, we may use certain GDPR-compliant third party processors to process some or all of the information collected. We use Firebase to track some analytics events and store metadata and account data.
We won’t hand your data over to law enforcement unless ordered to do so by law.
When you delete your account, we immediately delete all your related data stored.
The data we collect is stored and processed in the United States. If you are located in the European Union or elsewhere outside of the United States, please be aware that any information you provide to us will be transferred to the United States. By using our app, you consent to this transfer.
We may update this policy in the future. Please check check the terms page insige the app (at the bottom end of Settings tab).
